the infect feel just normal zombie not rage virust infect they eat corpst in this game but they would just bash head in for the real infeced and they would run into the glass like full sprint into it and london is useing alot of USA items like the sighs and street lights the car as well. for good video show what infect is this video show how they act and are like
Is there anywhere to go in the hospital? I went into a door next to where the infected are banging on the double door and the screen goes black like it's going to the next room, then it doesn't. The camera stays on the double doors and nothing happens.
You should not enter the door near where the infected are knocking, you need to interact with the door where the infected are knocking. After that, go back and a cutscene will play. The game continues and you will be close to completing it.
I downloaded KeyTweak and mapped the arrow keys to WASD.I finished the game.In the hospital, you need to interact with the double doors where the infected are knocking. After that, go back and a cutscene will play. The game continues and you will be close to completing it.

w,a,s,d does not appear to be the best choice anyhow.
This is not common to every country keyboard configuration :
UK/US : QWERTY
FR : AZERTY
DE : QWERTZ
At least arrow keys are common to everybody and avoid to handle specific case.
And for the author, thanks a lot again for bringing this one to us all.

can you include modern controls as well as tank? there is no walk backwards. Im stuck in the hospital as well, must be missing something.
